Login and Sign-up
How do I sign up?
We currently support Google and Apple SSO. This is the most secure way to register as your SSO provider is responsible for data protection and handle your personal information. We do not support email / password signup for security reasons. If you intend to use Daitee on multiple, non-iOS devices, we recommend signing up using Google.

Using Daitee
What can I use Daitee for?
Our goal is to create a conversation assistant that can help you start and continue conversations. Want to craft the perfect introduction message? Get an icebreaker! What about getting that dead-end conversation unstuck? Say no more and try convoflow!

Icebreaker? Convoflow?
Daitee currently offers 2 main products:

Icebreaker: Give us some information about a profile and we will craft the perfect introduction message for you. We give you 6 different choices, each in its own tone of voice. If you filled out your optional preference profile, we'll make sure to personalize it even more!

Convoflow: Upload a conversation screenshot and / or additional information and we'll summarize the conversation, identify the tone, the language and send you back 2 options in the main language used. This currently supports most written languages, support for dialects is coming soon!

I need some more guidance, help me?
Fear not, our wizard will guide you through the exact steps. Once you've logged into the app, just click on the "Wizard" tab and follow the steps. It's never been easier!

How do I personalize my profile?
If you want your choices to be more personalized, you can edit preferences in the "Account > Edit Preferences" tab. You can set your age, gender, looking fors. This step is entirely optional. If your preferences are not set, we use more generic settings.
Subscriptions and Scans
Is Daitee free to use?
Well yes and no. Daitee uses "scans". 1 Scan = 1 Upload, that can be redeemed either for an Icebreaker or a Convoflow. When you sign up for Daitee, we give you 10 scans for free. If you want more you can buy more scans. We also offer a subscription model.

How do I buy more scans?
Head over to "Account > Premium Settings". You have the choice of "Become premium"or "Get individual scans".

What is premium?
With a premium subscription you can upload an unlimited amount of scans for the subscription period.

What happens to my subscription if I change device?
Both your subscription status and scans remaining are linked to your identifier. This means they are available on any device you login with, not just the device you bought it with.
Security and Privacy
What happens to the pictures and text I upload?
Anything you upload is processed in memory and deleted. Daitee never saves any pictures. If you set your preferences in your personalized profile, it is persisted. Data entered through the wizard, including "interests", "goals" and "looking" for are never saved.

What happens to the result of my uploads?
The choices, summary and other related information that constitute a "result" are saved to your profile. That way you can go back later and maybe try out a different option!

I forgot what I uploaded and I'd like to see it.
Sorry, since we don't actually save anything you upload, we can't show you what led to a specific result. You can add a label to remember though!

My English is not so good, are you planning to offer Daitee in other languages?
